    • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-7 business days.
    • Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-3 business days.

    Please note that the delivery timelines mentioned above are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as product availability, location, and unforeseen circumstances.

  2. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges will be calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The applicable shipping fees will be displayed during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.

  3. Order Processing: Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1-2 business days. During this time, we will verify the availability of the product(s), prepare them for shipment, and arrange for pickup by our shipping partners.

  4. Shipment Tracking: For all orders, we provide a tracking number that allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment. You will receive an email notification with the tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

  5. Delivery: Deliveries will be made to the shipping address specified during the checkout process. It is essential to provide accurate and complete address details to ensure successful delivery. Please ensure someone is available at the specified address to receive the package during the estimated delivery timeframe.

Undeliverable Packages: In the event that our shipping partners are unable to deliver the package due to an incorrect or incomplete address, unavailability of the recipient, or any other reasons beyond our control, the package will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange for a reshipment, subject to additional shipping charges if applicable.

  7. International Shipping: Currently, UGXPRESS only offers shipping within Uganda. We do not offer international shipping services. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
